With a clear mission to empower over 1,000 innovative companies, LEW HUB will generate high-value intellectual property, create skilled jobs, and foster cross-sector collaboration in deep-tech domains that are critical for Europe’s technological sovereignty and climate neutrality by 2050.Funding Requirement
LEW HUB is seeking €1,750,000 through a blended finance structure:
- Public grants from Brussels (EU) funding calls (Horizon Europe, EIC, Innovation Fund, Digital Europe Programme, LIFE, CEF) and Bucharest national and regional programmes (UEFISCDI, PNRR extensions, Bucharest-Ilfov Regional Operational Programme, national innovation and startup schemes).
- Private capital via tokenized equity shares issued on the LEW.AM blockchain platform.
Use of Funds
- 45% – Completion and fit-out of 500+ m² high-tech R&D laboratories and renewable energy infrastructure
- 30% – Development and deployment of the full digital ecosystem and AI-powered operational platform
- 15% – Talent acquisition, initial resident startup support, and BCI/energy demonstration projects
- 10% – Operational working capital and regulatory compliance for tokenized share issuance
Revenue & Return Model
LEW HUB will generate sustainable revenue through premium office and lab rentals, innovation services, equity participation in resident startups, conference and training programmes, and licensing of proprietary digital tools.
